Beer and Steak heads was an event inspired a by great meal.. A beer and a steak was enjoyed at The Hackney Hotel on Hackney Road, SA – Just the space that the event ended up being at!

With a marketplace full of degustations and million course dinners paired with vegan, organic wine from local grapes blah blah blah we wanted to test the waters with simple products that people love, and target a market that often doesn’t have events tailor made  just for them!

Beer and Steak Heads was born.

The location was a small private room at The Hackney, their Loft upstairs at the hotel with a fireplace and a balcony with views of Botanic Park, just the rustic scene for such an event.

We worked with The chefs at The Hackney to pair 3 different prime steaks with 3 small batch local craft breweries, staggered over 3 sell out events.

The events were a great success, enjoyed by punters and the venue.. Especially Sam the General Manager who enjoyed a few beers at them all!

Almania is a club event conceived off the idea of a massive Sunday Day Party for hospitality workers to look forward to! An event to run every 6 weeks to 2 months on a Sunday afternoon that ran into the night at The Alma Tavern in Norwood, South Australia.

Bringing together some of Adelaide’s best DJs, and flying in flagship acts from around the country to headline our shows!

With huge production, massive marketing campaigns across digital and radio medians, each event proved to be a great success and a showcase of skills!

Disco Kids was seen as a gap in the market for an event for families to enjoy together, so we coined the phrase ‘Family Dance Party’ and started working on the first Disco Kids event.

Event #1 was hosted on the last Sunday of the Mid Year School Holidays in the Atrium / Annexe function room at The Hackney as a trial run event.

We invited only families close to our team, with children and put on a 100% free event to test the waters of what proved to be a very successful concept.

We’re currently working on a few events at various locations around Adelaide for late 2018 to early 2019.

January 2017 & 2018 our team has migrated to the amazing Port Adelaide to work with the team at St Jerome’s Laneway Festival to provide bar and drink service to the whole event.

With 6 bars, hiring 150 staff across management, bar tenders, stockies and bump in and bump our staff we had our work cut out for us.

Managing all areas of bar management including infrastructure setup, point of sale,  licence ownership and management, stock purchase and control, cash and banking, and most importantly making sure no one had to wait too long for an ice cold drink, served by someone with a smile on their face!

This collaboration started in late 2016 when the team from Adelaide Oval’s passion for a pint of Guinness on St Patrick’s Day turned into an event brief that would transform Telstra Plaza out the front of the oval into a sea of green to celebrate this much loved day.

We we’re approached by senior management to help put this great day together which eventually turned into a 6,000 + public event, running over 3 years from 9am in the morning to very late at night.

Overlooking the River Torrens, a huge lineup of entertainment played from a mammoth stage at the top of the plaza, with a dance floor, lower stage, multiple food stalls, bars and tables and chairs below.
