We knew our love of a few drinks would come in handy sometime!
January 2017 & 2018 our team has migrated to the amazing Port Adelaide to work with the team at St Jerome’s Laneway Festival to provide bar and drink service to the whole event.
With 6 bars, hiring 150 staff across management, bar tenders, stockies and bump in and bump our staff we had our work cut out for us.
Managing all areas of bar management including infrastructure setup, point of sale, licence ownership and management, stock purchase and control, cash and banking, and most importantly making sure no one had to wait too long for an ice cold drink, served by someone with a smile on their face!
We’re looking forward to another great year in 2019
